ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
Reporting to the Registrar, the Assistant Registrar
oversees and administers appropriate academic record keeping procedures for
both campuses through student servicing, management of student files,
registration, transfer credit evaluation, degree audit, commencement, database/website/web-portal
set up, and maintenance and general administrative responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, advanced
computer knowledge, excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication,
organizational and problem solving skills, supervisory skills, sound judgment
and personal integrity, the ability to learn new applications, and willingness
to work extended hours at peak times required. Thorough knowledge of academic
systems, familiarity with FERPA regulations, web page maintenance, working knowledge
of the Datatel information system, and demonstrated leadership preferred. In
